Nuance suggests you purchase the Dragon Medical One software license through a certified reseller like STI for training and support purposes. If you decide to contact Nuance directly on their website, let them know you are an STI customer or they could assign you to another reseller that does not understand the Clinical EMR product and you could be double charged for installation and support. Software prices are the same no matter how you acquire the product based upon the number of voice users. The module includes set-up and one web-based training session in the price.
